Leaning In

Lean
If this photo had a soundtrack, it would be, “Lean on Me,” the classic Bill Wither’s song.

Dancer’s boy has hit a rough patch this summer. It may be summertime, but the livin’ ain’t easy for him. As I told a friend, autism on puberty is loud.

So, if you’ve been wondering what happened to us, just know that we’ve been living the loud life.

Please also know that Dancer has been doing her best to help her boy through it all.

Sometimes, you just need a shoulder to lean on.

We’ll let Mr. Withers’ words carry us out,

“Sometimes in our lives
We all have pain, we all have sorrow
But if we are wise
We know that there’s always tomorrow

Lean on me when you’re not strong
And I’ll be your friend, I’ll help you carry on
For it won’t be long
‘Til I’m gonna need somebody to lean on.”

We are praying for you! Our son is experiencing the same type of summer…These poor souls, swimming sure helps our guy. we don’t have a service dog for him but I’m sure Dancer is quite concerned for his boy. Praying for Dancer too! Hang in there! Enjoy the few moments that he feels peace. Iv’e been told puberty isnt forever, so were counting on that for our boy too!
